1. Grass Clippings 

You may use the grass clippings left behind after mowing your lawn as a DIY fertiliser for both indoor and outdoor plants. Surprisingly, grass clippings contain the macronutrients nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium that are most important for plant growth. Cover the bottom layer of soil with the chopped grass clippings before adding more soil to the op. The grass clippings will quickly dissolve into the soil over time because they are 80% water.

1. Coffee

This fertiliser is a necessity for your garden if you have acid-loving plants like nasturtium, daffodils, marigolds, sweet potatoes, parsley, potatoes, etc at home. Coffee is a fertiliser that is readily available in every kitchen and has the capacity to maintain the necessary levels of acid and nitrogen in such plants. 

1. Vinegar

In addition to raising the alkalinity, vinegar also deters ants and weeds. Plain vinegar shouldn't be poured directly into the ground. When watering your plants, always dilute 1 cup of vinegar with 2 gallons of fresh water.

3. Helps improve soil texture by enhancing the soil’s water-holding capacity.
4. Make soil nutrient-rich.

Combining manure for flowers with fertilisers helps in improving soil healthy thus increasing blooming and enhancing nitrogen metabolism.
